Always supervise a lit candle. Extinguish it before leaving the room or going to sleep. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable. Leave at least 12 inches between the flame and flammable objects. Set molded candles upright in a sturdy, heat-resistant candleholder large enough to catch melted wax. Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before lighting. Remove packaging and loose debris before use. Never move a burning candle or one containing liquid wax. Let it cool completely before handling. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame. Never use water. Follow any additional care instructions supplied with your candle. Handmade candle colors and decorative finishes may vary slightly from photographs.
